Hello, my name is Julia Matson.
I am certified in Yoga, Pilates, and Nutrition.
My passion is to help others make lifestyle changes to maintain
a healthier body and a happier mind.
Living with chronic pain, allergies, and anxiety, I found that Yoga, Pilates, and Nutrition greatly improved my quality of life. Therefore, I would love to share with YOU how movement and mindful eating helps heal and transform not only the body but also the mind!
With Yoga, you will learn different breathing techniques, yoga poses, and guided meditations to increase mind-body awareness, alleviate mind chatter, reduce stress, increase flexibility, breathe into any aches and pains and move energy blockages throughout the body.
With Nutrition, you will learn about the best food choices for YOUR body, the importance of water for the body, and gain awareness around your eating habits in order to lose weight, reduce inflammation, and boost your overall energy.
With Pilates, you will learn how movement and breathwork can lengthen and strengthen muscles in the body thus creating stronger core muscles and improving spine flexibility for better posture and reducing pain throughout the body.
